2nd time I've purchased and 2nd time I've had the same issue with delivery. The product is great and despatch is very quick BUT the delivery service they use is terrible. Goods are authorized to be left without a signature but they don't and then take parcel to a collection shop and this time it was out of my way to collect, so I requested a re delivery without a signature via the on line portal - got a confirmation for re delivery but 24 hrs later an email came saying parcel was being returned to Sender as it hadn't been collected nor instructions given for re delivery. I rang & emailed the delivery service and it took them a week to sort through what had happened and where parcel was ......... Parcel eventually was re delivered but 2 weeks after order was placed.

Delivery was very slow - almost a week. I have previously ordered from ink spot in Victoria and deliveries were always overnight

Thank you for your prompt processing, email response and delivery in being efficient? My only concern was whether the ink cartridges would be similar QUALITY INK OVER TIME if used for photographs but would would fit and they do. I have in the past not purchased compatible artridges but as the Epson cartiridges have increases in price to some $42 for one cartridge which amounts to a third of the cost of a printer for one set, can no longer afford this.Wouls be a case of throw the printer away which is is even less environmentally responsible? Having purchased from you previously and experienced same great service.. thank you sincerely.
