"Six minutes - too good to be true? "

As someone looking to regain some fitness and lose some weight, I usually skip by the ‘too good to be true’ exercises. However I decided to take the plunge as a knee injury meant that my go to of running was off the cards, at least until I shifted a few KGs.

The delivery was super quick, much shorter than expected. The devices were lighter than I expected, and I initially thought they would be too light to make a difference. That doubt doubled when I listened to the intro video, suggesting you needed to be doing the six min workout 2-3 times per day.

But then I used them! Only just finishing week 1 but I feel great and look forward to doing the exercises. Which hurt! I am only doing once per day, and my arms are telling me how hard I have worked.

I travel a lot but hate hotel gyms, so am looking forward to my first overseas trip with them next week.

I am apprehensive about starting week 2, but the videos are good and Adam is great

Comments - you need a lot of space around you - fortunately the ends are rubber tipped to I have not caused any damage to walls / ceilings. I could go outside - but it’s winter

The app could be improved. Simple things like landscape view for the videos with a side on view as well, and your next up exercise on your chosen programme. Also if you finish early it doesn’t record your activity. If it isn’t recorded it doesn’t count 🤣

Finally - the intro video could have done with a simple orientation to them. How to hold them (I still can decide which way around I should hold them) and a starter for those of us who are a bit clueless

However, these are all small things and they don’t stop me enjoying my airrooes and they won’t be going back, and currently 6 minutes is plenty - and they are plenty heavy enough!

"Zero risk trying"

Couldn't ask for a better service, I did the trial and they weren't for me but Adam was so helpful and gave me different ideas to try. When I truly realised that they didn't fit with my needs a full refund was given.
Quality was great the app was very clever and linked to the airropes easily. Good luck with your exercise journey but try these with no hesitation as if they don't fit your exercise routine you can have confidence that they will stand by their promise. Thank you airropes, and best of luck for the future.

The price might be steep, but the experience two weeks in is fantastic.
Customer support on this is superior, but what really sells the Air Ropes experience is the video content, especially Adam Ringwalls guided 6-minute routines.
All in all, well worth it

"Really love the air ropes and been…"

Really love the air ropes and been using them for 3 months now. Only giving a 4* for now as the rubber on both the handles deteriorating very quickly and giving me blisters. But Adam was quick to respond in regards to the issue and the team now are looking into the problem, and hopefully will find a solution soon.

Great product. Simple to use and you get an effective workout in very little time. I have only been using them for a week or 2 but can feel them working my upper body, especially the burn on the forearms 🔥 Communication has also been brilliant. Happy customer!

Had mine nearly three months now and I absolutely love them. Worth every penny

Been using them to do Tabata/HIIT sets at the end of my normal workout, and the mixture of exercises that can be done with them allow me to do target different muscles.

Pretty much every time I use them I get people asking about them, and I let them have a go, and they are all "Wow!".

The only minus was after taking them on family holiday, I let my Nephew try them, he loved them, so I was duty bound to get him a set too :-)

And they even coordinate nicely with Les Mills smart bars and weights

Adam has manufactured a wonderful fitness product. I've had the air ropes for 4 weeks now and can't recommend them enough.
Great work out and it's over and done with in minutes. A nice HIT workout.
Also I had a small issue which was dealt with very quickly, Adam couldn't have been more obliging. He's a top bloke.
