I couldn't have been happier. I wanted a picture of both my son's pets and they were able to create a really unique drawing from the two separate photos. The communication was excellent, there were over 40 email communications. Every time I asked a question it was reply to within 24 hours. Shipping was fast, no snail mail this was couriered out! And once thos transaction was done their communications weren't. They still reached out to see if I was happy with the product. Highly recommend!

I purchased a sketch of my parents house for them for Christmas. They loved it! It looks great. I took a picture for use for the sketch but it was decorated for Christmas. The artist crossed out Christmas decorations and sent me picture to verify that it was okay for sketch. They were able to sketch it perfectly leaving out Christmas wreaths and garland and it looks great.

I got another company to do a combined photo of 3 people before, and it turned out really badly. After fighting with them for 9 months, I decided forget it as it was suppose to be a gift and was already way late! I found these guys, and after talking with them and them sending me a rough of what I wanted and then the finished product, I must say I’m absolutely astounded!!! It’s very big, which now makes me understand the price, but my mother in law loves it! And it made her cry, as it was of her father (who has passed away) holding his 2 great granddaughters (which he could not physically do). It was money well spent! Thank you soo much!

Chose to get one of our Daughter and Son-in-Law's favorite picture done in charcoal for their 1st Anniversary (paper). Turned out great! They loved it. Customer service and communication by the company was outstanding. We were under a time crunch and they delivered a day early!
