Yesterday was the second time we called Finestvan to help with our moving and they were just amazing! Hard workers, fast and polite. They finished before time and they exceeded our expectations!! Good job guys! Ps. if you have lots of stuff to move I would suggest a team of 3 for less hours (4.5hrs) vs 2 for more hours (eg. 6hrs), it’s just more efficient!

We loved every part of our experience with Finest Van. At first, the scheduling of the move was very easy as their online platform is very intuitive and transparent in terms of pricing and gives flexibility on the number of movers needed and the truck to use. Then, the communication up to the day of the move was smooth and well organised. Our movers Nuno and Flavio were very polite, friendly and explained the process of the move very well. We were impressed overall by their efficiency and professionalism. In our new flat, we have some narrow stairs, and they managed to move our furniture through them without any issue. We would definitely use them again for our next move.

Rafael and Igor were fantastic, professional, efficient and friendly. They moved us out of a two bed flat on the 3rd floor without a lift and into a new home in under 4 hours. We encountered a slight logistical challenge during the move out, and both Rafael and Ignor remained calm and professional. They were very careful with all of our items and made us feel comfortable during the move. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I booked Finest Van to do a move for me at the end of November. I selected them due to how strong their reviews were even though I received a number of cheaper quotes.

The service was outstanding. Very professional. Mine was a small move but a longer distance (North to South London.)
As I travelled separately from the van I wondered if they may dilly dally to use up time but they did not - they made short work of the job.

They paid very close attention to the items I marked as fragile and ensured all relevant bits of furniture were carefully wrapped in blankets to avoid scratching. This is the first move I have ever had with a removal company go off without a hitch. The 5-star rating is genuinely well deserved and I will be using Finest for all of my future moves.

I don't normally write reviews, but had to make an exception here. Moving house is super stressful, but the Finest Van team made it so much easier!!! From first contact via the online form, to Ana in the office patiently answering my questions on van size to the absolute fabulous crew of Nuno, Dingo, Rafael and Fabio on Christmas Eve, everything went perfectly. I had packed through the night, and was dreading the doorbell announcing the removal vans, but I shouldn't have worried, I had the most cheerful, polite, careful, efficient and hard-working crew. The crew loaded up my furniture and tons of books into the vans speedily and with a smile, and even helped me to get some shelves off the wall which I couldn't get removed in time for their arrival. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was unloaded with the same care, speed, efficiency and cheerfulness in the new place, despite tricky staircases and tight corners. I am still in awe of the crew, and am wholeheartedly recommending Finest Van to anyone looking to take the stress out of their move day. I was skeptical when I read the glowing reviews online, but this is indeed the Finest Van one can find for moving in London, and if I could give 10 stars I would without hesitation. Guys, you were truly exceptional, thank you so much for making this dreadful day so much better!!!
