"Everyone loved them"

Everyone loved them, thank you Happy Mallows! Your marshmallow treats were a hit at the party.

So I'll start by saying the actual mallows are amazing and a 5 out of 5.

The rating is dropped however, because of customer service.

So I ordered, got the confirmation but no dispatch. After a week I message on Facebook and am told that all orders have shipped, the email must've failed.

3 days later the mallows do in fact come, but the order is wrong, it's not a huge issue, just 1 box is wrong, so I email asking what happened.

Not angry, not demanding it be made right, I specified all of this in the email as I know customer service can be a hard job and no one should deal with Karen's yelling all day.

I just wanted an explanation, because the flavour didn't say it was out of stock, so I just wanted to know if it was a site error or human error or if somehow I'd got someone elses order that matched my own save for 1 box.

I don't feel this is an unrealistic thing to want, just an explanation. Because it's info I need to know for future orders, am I better off requesting a backup?

Because if this flavour was out of stock, I'd have rather had a choice of replacement rather than someone picking at random to duplicate a flavour I'd ordered.

But after 4 days, I got no response so I went back to Facebook to ask there, because I figured "well I was told the emails were acting up so let's give them the benefit of the doubt".

Facebook auto pinged me with the "We will respond in 1-2 working days, email us for faster replies". 4 days later, so 8 days after emailing and 4 after using Facebook Messenger.

0 replies. Just totally blanked.

So yeah, amazing product, the mallows are delicious and it's a shame they're a tiny fraction of this review, they're great toasted, in hot choc or even home made rice pudding, I've done a lot with them, very versatile and truly delicious. So I feel a 3/5 is fair, because the product truly is brilliant,

Just a shame about the customer service side of it.

They went down a storm EVERYONE loved them, which is not surprising as they were soooo delicious.
I chose a variety of flavours and every single one was a hit!
Also, compared with other companies the price was fair and there was much more choice.

Ordered two lots to try. Lemon meringue and bakewell tart. The lemon was our favourite as it had more taste crunch.

As always a great shopping experience with Happy Mallows. I have been buying their happy Mallows for a few years now and they are up there with the best! Taste amazing, so light and fluffy, perfect for myself, on a soft food diet. I love supporting small business and the fact that they often donate percentages of profit to different charities. Customer service is excellent as is delivery. The fact I buy from them again and again says it all.
