"Unfair and rude"

The initial contact with the SEC recruiter was difficult and rude. She claimed having read my profile, but had no idea of it and asked me to describe my whole working experience. She sent me an email on a weekend day in the morning hours... 2AM or so claiming the client had rejected my CV as I lacked the needed experience, when in fact I personally know people working at that client in that role which much more less experience than mine. Today I have an offer from that client for that role on my desk. An opportunity I landed for me by myself as I networked to submit my CV through a person working there. And guess what... the SEC recruiter called me to claim her referral fee for not doing anything.

"Poor role selection based on candidate experience"

My view is that there is not enough thought in matching the role with experience and capability. Recently I was approached about a role at KAM level and one look at my cv or linkedin page would see that I have not been a KAM for 30 years. Where I have spoken to your agents it has been professional and efficient so no issues once a role has been presented that is appropriate
