When I ordered a cabinet, they contacted me to advise a 'delivery date' the following week. Unfortunately I had an appointment so asked them to re-arrange which they did. I got the feeling that this had already gone to their courier so the change was inconvenienmt to them. During the phone call I explained that I would be on holiday the following week, so we agreed for delivery the week after. I asked if they could contact me first to sort the date as I didn't want them to arrange a date with the courier just for me to say I wasn't available again. Unfortuntely they could not do this.

A week later & they gave another delivery date which fell whilst I was still on holiday so I contacted again, and they said they would re-arrange.

A week later & again they give a date, which was ironically the only day they could have chosen that week that I wouldn't be available to receive the delivery.

This is when they got stroppy and quite rude & suggested I was costing them money in storage. They offered & I accepted a refund. I actually wanted the cabinet & another 5 of them in a few weeks, but it appears there delivery arrangements are not flexible enough to accomodate domestic customers or smaller businesses who often have 'not everyday manned' premises, and who's diaries for 'next week' sometimes start to fill up before their delivery date is dictated.

There was no prior notice of when they were going to deliver. Good job I was in the house when they came.

delivery, when arrived driver very polite and helpful. Cabinets ready to
