I was interested in using their services, but when I called their 1800 number at 9 am, I could only leave a message and had to schedule a callback for 2 pm. I received a text message at 1 pm to confirm the appointment, followed by another reminder 15 minutes before the scheduled time. However, I never received the promised call. Despite sending an email and replying to the text, there was no response. This experience has made it clear to me that this is not the kind of business I want to engage with.
