Reliable, easy to contact very nice staff who are really helpful. Competitively priced insurance for my campervan. Fortunately I’ve not had a need to claim . Came to them on a recommendation by a friend 4 years ago and know quite a few others who are with them now and everyone speaks highly of them.

"Inconsistency from management"
When getting a quote, I was told that a letter from another insurer to say that an accident was being treated by them as "no fault", would suffice. When it came to finalise, I was told that the accident would be treated as "fault" until it was closed when I would be refunded the difference in the premium. Lack of consistency is what has merited only 2 stars
