"Not a sham-But Know this before buying"

Update: I did finally receive my lotions in a 3rd pkg after filing a claim with Usps 15 days earlier. The company did come back finally and say they would replace missing products finally following my first review but my product came in following my claim so I notified them right away before they could ship. I have not used the machine itself yet so will do that and update but I now have all of my bundle so have lifted my review from 1 to 3 stars. I still DO NOT agree with getting 3 shipments from various places ( 1 from China) for 1 bundle as it took weeks to get everything to me waiting for different products.There has to be a better way to streamline this process. I am happy they were willing to replace after going bac and forth although I had to jump through several hoops first. Very time consuming. 1 pkg could have potentially eliminated all of this.

DO NOT buy from this sham company. I have been fighting to get my bundle of products that I purchased for weeks. Finally I get a pkg with 2 gels. Then after I kept reaching out I am told they are having trouble tracking my actual cavitation machine and will get back with me. Then I get the tracking and see I have something else shipping in from China. When everything was said and done I finally received My machine, and the 2 slimming gels. The other pkg is completely MIA and the NULIFE company told me to check with my local post office. Like really? I did not know I was ordering from China for starters. Then to send everything in 3 shipments instead of together. What a disaster this has been. Now I am just supposed to eat the last products. This company is an absolute nightmare. I cannot even imagine what to do if my machine has an issue.

I ordered a cellulite device from Nulifebeauty and love the device Ive lost 4lbs in a week by using this machine 2 times a day every other day unfortunately the machine stopped working but they were quick to send a replacement ❤️ this company

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY!!! Please do yourself a favor DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a ordered a product on the 22nd of March and and paid the extra to be shipped out within 24 hours, it's now the 2nd of April and I cannot find or even track my order!
Nulifebeauty sucks big a big one!
I'll be talking to lawyers to see what I can do..

"Customer service was exceptional and…"

Customer service was exceptional and prompt! I had an issue with my machine a week after I received it. An email was sent with my concerns and heard back the next morning! I provided a short video of the issue and it was resolved right away. Unfortunately, the batch my machine came from had a faulty power supply. It was replaced without any hassle. Its to soon to leave a review on how the product works besides, its easy to use and also be time consuming if you have more than one area to treat. But overall, you can feel it will do what it claims if you follow the manual instructions. My only complaint is I wish the power supply cord was longer and I may also buy another to treat more areas at one. Thank you Kathy Williams in customer service!

Kathy Williams is an excellent CSR. She was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process of my return. She kept communicating through it all in order to keep me updated.

"Scammers"

Scam, they ship defective products that stop working on or before their 30-day warranty expires. They do not provide a return shipping label, you have to pay it yourself and even though they claim to be located in TX they make you send the return item to Canada?! Which costs almost the same as one of those little defective machines. If you paid with PayPal, they won't help since September 2022 they do not cover shipping for buyers. They promise they will issue a voucher for $30 if you pay for a shipping label yourself but that doesn't guarantee you will get that amount or what you paid for the item/s. Save yourself lots of headaches and mostly GASLIGHTING from this scam company, yes they will say you are the problem not them. Scammers!

Luckily my bank refunded my money once I placed a fraudulent claim against them. I wished I read others reviews on how TERRIBLE this company was before I ordered but unfortunately it was too late. Trust me you'll have to go thru your bank to recovery your money and allow your bank to go after them. In response to their reply because I don't see a reply button. I purchased the item on the 13th and received NO confirmation of anything until I contacted them on the 20th to find out why my item hasn't shipped or no update on the delivery then I was told that they don't have anyone in their warehouse on the weekdays and that its a busy season for purchases. So if that's the case then why don't you update people who purchase items from your website of that. Then when I formed them that I didn't want the item they informed me that they will make me my order a priority and as well offer my a code for future purchases and 10% off my next purchase. I then told them again to pls just refund my money numerous times after that and they refused to do it. So as a result I had to go thru my bank to get my monies refunded. Once again BUYER BEWARE DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY❗️❗️ I WILL NO LONGER RESPOND BACK TO THEM BECAUSE I'VE MOVED ON FROM IT❗️ GOOD LUCK VIEWERS

Horrible experience .
The device arrived damaged .
The device did not work . Then they did not want to do a return . They make you pay for the return shipping . They have agents in another country .these agents say they have to review it and then they email you back days later .
