I have been using Charlotte plumbing for many years. We use them for our restaurants and commercial buildings along with our private residence. Super nice, super friendly and very professional.

After several years as a customer I do not know what has happened to this business. I recently had plumbing work done at my home by CPR. The work was nearly complete (but not totally) when I received an invoice. Despite reaching out twice, I never heard back and instead received a small claims court suit. My advice would be to save yourself the trouble and pursue a different vendor who is professional. Even though it means paying twice, I will now hire someone to finish the work.

I've tried a lot of plumbers over the past 20 years. These guys are the best, came out quickly diagnosed accurately and gave me a reasonable price to fix my plumbing issues. Did a great job and had me flushing again in no time.
