"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. The owner will lie about returns policy to get a sale. Do not shop here. Plenty of other boutiques with the same dresses and much better service.

Awful customer service. Don't bother wasting your time shopping here.

They do not allow refunds here and don't tell you this before you buy. The information was not displayed anywhere in the shop and when I discussed this with the staff they told me "we have our returns policy on our receipt". The security tag was left on my item of clothing and the manager was not apologetic about this.

This shop does not cater for smaller sizes and is not an inclusive shop.

Overall extremely disappointed.

"We travelled from Cork, so worth it."

I travelled from Cork this weekend with my Wife and Daughter to search for a Debs dress. Harper in Galway was recommended so we hit the road. A really nice and welcoming shop with staff that were so helpful and friendly, couldn't believe how much time they spent with us. We got a fantastic bargain and we walked away with the dress of her dreams, she was and is so happy. Top marks to the lovely Galway girls in Harper. Thank you all so much for your help.
