I don’t typically write reviews, but having read the feedback provided by Mr Ward and the response provided by Walters Architects I felt compelled to.

We encountered a very similar experience when we commissioned Kevin Walters to help us with an extension in 2016/17. I won’t go into the detail, however it is fair to say that we were not impressed with his work and behaviour. To the point where we raised a formal complaint directly through Walters Architects and subsequently through the Architects Registration Board (ARB). So when Walters Architects responded to Mr Ward’s feedback by stating that they had “never issued” their complaints procedure, I can confirm that this is a blatant lie.

Based on our experience and the fact that Walters Architects cannot be honest in their response/feedback I would strongly advise against anyone using this company.

"Poor Architectural Services"

I used Kevin Walters architectural services to design a new property for myself. Initially he came across as being confident and knowledgeable in his field. During our dealings with Mr Walters it was apparent that that confidence was actually arrogance and a complete inability to listen to what the customer wanted. When he was questioned he was completely argumentative and aggressive. When we told Mr Walters we no longer wanted to use his services he made things extremely difficult. We are still putting things right with his work and I advise anybody to think twice before using this practice.

I have since took this company to court and won with all costs awarded.
