"Sent wrong book and mismatched bookset"

They sent the correct book titles, but did not send them in the correct print. Covers were different and did not match. When asked to get the correct books, even with pictures of what they sent not matching the pictures on their website, offered me a 5% refund. When I said know I wanted the books I ordered in the style pictured on their website they said I could pay to send the books back and when they got it they would give me a refund. They would not pay for shipping or sending the correct books insisting that because the titles were the same they did their part.
