I live near to the Cooke Road Lacon Depot in Lowestoft. I ordered a box of beers on line ( Xmas present) and in under 24 hours I was rung by Lacons to arrange a pick up time -for that afternoon. Very efficient - fully COVID secure as I stepped back at Lacon’s Reception door - and picked up box after it was left by Receptionist who stepped back too to allow me to pick up box safely. Excellent customer service.
