Absolutely faultless, professional service from start to finish. Emails to Sian were usual answered within 30 minutes, and she was able to answer questions on the spot, in contrast to TfL, who generally needed 10 working days to respond to even the most basic queries. As time was short to provide evidence of the car being scrapped, pickup was arranged to be the first collection of the following day, and the certificate of destruction was in my email inbox, and the agreed payment in my bank account, by the end of that same day. I cannot recommend Reclamet highly enough.
