Lewin was an absolute star - very efficient and informative. He got information together for us in under 24 hours and really helped with ways in which we could move forward.....He listened to us and our needs and will definitely use him in the coming months for future searches!

"A very negative experience with this broker"

A very negative experience with this broker. We approached them in May 2020 and received a decision in principle from a lender. 14 weeks later... still no mortgage offer. We had to approach a different broker and we received a mortgage offer within 3 weeks. Evolve nearly lost us our 1st home. Communicating with them was very difficult and could never get them to answer the phone or answer emails. We were treated like a number and not a person. We didn’t feel like Evolve were trying to help us or pushing for us to receive an offer. It was 14 weeks of hell. Luckily our new broker saved us from losing our property and all now is ok.

"Advise within minutes"

The company people skills are above and beyond. I requested some advise as my current advisor, not this company as I was struggling to communicate when trying to buy a house. The constant battle to try and get information from the other company was frustrating me.

I found Evolve pamphlet when visiting a new built site and phoned them. The response was unexpected, Nic answered within 2 rings before analysing my request and send me to the right person quickly to deal with my issue. James Dickens advise me based on Nic's notes without the need to repeat myself and I received an answer within 1 hour, this is 2 weeks quicker than my current advisor.

Although, I didn't complete my transaction with Evolve, I want to recommend them based on experiencing their service.

Nic and James was absolute brilliant, purely on knowing how to speak to people and asking the right questions at the right time which means a lot when I try to get things done quickly.

"Bad experience"

Probably one of the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The woman (Donna) Norwich branch was excellent, very professional and spent lots of time showing us around the street and getting us all the information we needed. We were passed onto a guy called James to deal with our Mortgage application, to this day he still hasn’t applied for a decision in principle and we are now into the 3rd week. He took all out personal details, he delayed the application by a week because he claimed he wasn’t sure the Norwich branch did help to buy (it states they do on the website) then after all the details were given he just stopped talking to us. Another week has passed and we still haven’t heard anything. A total blessing really that we’re not getting involved with these people
