"Hot water switch tripping out."

This morning. I had no hot water due to the power board tripping out the hot water switch.

I phoned Anna at Gimpel. She had explained that the boys were already busy and committed to other jobs but would make calls and get back to me within the hour to see if someone could squeeze me in their busy schedule.

After a hour she phoned back and said the earliest someone could arrive would be between midday to 3pm. Great!!

At 1pm arrived Craig. Polite courteous young man. He problem solved the issue with my hot water system. He repaired a corroded wiring which he thought could be the issue?

Then he also said it could be a issue with the breaker voltage?
He advised me of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Because I have no electrical knowledge I appreciated Craig's explanation.

These guys are always always prompt and do a wonderful job and clean up after themselves.

Outcome today, I have hot water!!! Another excellent job done by Gimpel.

My neighbour who could see Craig working asked me for Gimpel details and said she would keep this number handy.

"Highly recommend & would use again"

Recently had Gimpel Electrics install some outdoor downlights, new sensor lights & outdoor power points. They turned up to do the quote on time, quote arrived the same evening and was approx half another quote we recevied to do the same work. The technicians arrived to do the installation on time, finished on time & cleaned up after they finished.
They ran through everything to make sure we understood how the sensors would work.
Very happy with the work they did. I would recommend and use Gimpel again.
