"Not great"

Not great, I ordered and somehow they got my old address. I've checked my Google pay and my old address doesn't even autopopulate! So my £50 parcel was sent to the wrong address and when I called to see what they could do to help or how this was done they said it was Google. But my address is updated on Google pay?!
