Bright Ideas Accountancy was recommended to me by a friend a couple of years ago as I was being charged a fortune by my then current Accountancy Firm and receiving an incredibly poor service. My 1st Accountant (Syed) was absolutely fantastic, so I was very sad when he told me that he was moving on to explore a new opportunity. I have been a customer with Bright Ideas since 2020 dealing firstly with Syed and latterly with Millie. I have found them to be fairly priced, vigilant and always available for advice with prompt responses on email. I moved from Paystream, using their own accounts management software, to BI using FreeAgent which is far superior in terms of forecasting income, available funds and upcoming liabilities. The interface is also very user friendly.

BI is everything you need in an accountancy firm if you are a Limited company.
