Anyone who has to do customs declarations will know they aren’t exactly easy but the process with Customs Declarations UK made the task as simple as possible and straightforward for all future declarations. We have tried a wide range of the systems available on the market, and this platform stands above the others for several reasons.

1. This is a superb platform for professional users as it immediately intuitive for anyone who is already familiar with customs processes - everything is in the "proper" order, unlike some other portals which attempt to "dumb down" the input section. So for the professinal, customs-declarations is a much faster system to use than the others.

2. Support is above and beyond the competition - on any occasion where support has been required, I have received fast and effective support - aside from technical queries, the team at Customs-Declarations are incredibly knowledgeable about the entry process itself, and are quick & responsive at all times.

3. Ease of Access - most of the time we are accessing the portal via PC, however in a pinch it can be used easily and successfully via phone or tablet, and the ability to quickly carry out a clearance via a mobile phone is *invaluable* for me.

I have now been using this portal for a couple of years and without doubt recommend it as the best on the market - on support and ease of use alone, it stands above the rest.
