Have since been as a returning customer but initially went in knowing nothing about rings: On recommendation I trusted Alliance Jewels with an engagement ring and both wedding bands.
First visit was to get a feel for things, was able to try on some rings for size and describe what I wanted for all rings.
Had direct contact with Suhail throughout and always a prompt response to any queries via call/message.
Rings were to our specification and they were able to send digital renders then like a plastic version before the real ring. Rings were absolutely spot on btw. Thank you!
All in all very reassuring process and happy to recommend them for something as important as an engagement ring and wedding bands.
