"Don’t try to return"

I gave 2 stars. Because when I receive my hair it wasn’t what I wanted. I ask if I can return it and get something else. I was told it’s better to sell it to a friend. Then to go back and forward on my return . So the 2 stars is for the hair it was perfect. But to return was bad.

I placed an order for a wig and it turned out not to be what I wanted. It stated silky straight hair 20 inches and it was not. My lace had a whole pin and it had strap way in the front of the wig.
I am very dissatisfied with my wig and now they will not let me return the wig that I paid 171.00 to exchanged. I have purchased three wigs prior and I am very disappointed and will be reporting to BBB.

I haven't put my wig on yet but that box and the way it was WRAP in the box I knew rite then I will be ordering from y'all again and the texter of the hair was very soft I can't wait to try my wig on
