I have incorporated my company in BVI along with bank account opening in Mauritius. BSW team made the whole process seamless and there assistance in bank account opening is admirable. Would highly recommend about there services

"Very Slow and lots of hidden fees"

Took over a year to complete process - so that I actually had to pay the annual fee again (i.e. a second time) during the time they were processing documents.

Lots of hidden fees. Things like a certificate of good standing charge for a few hundred dollars that had never been mentioned, then after a few weeks a new demand that it should be notarized for a few hundred more. So typically unexpected fees on top of other fees. Once you've paid a few thousand more that you expected they regard you as a cash cow to be milked.

Often loose documents and ask for them again.
