"Many Issues. No Reply"

There were multiple issues with my order. I emailed twice, used the "contact us" function on the website, and also tried the chat function. No reply whatsoever.

I was a little disappointed things were missing from the order. Waited 5 days for a reply. The description was also wrong on the website for one of the items. Would not recommend.

I am very happy with my purchases. The handbags were beautifully crafted and made excellent wedding gifts.
The ceramic persimmon jar is a good size for nuts and adding vibrant color on my counter.
I would like to add that the support team was responsive and helped to find a substitute handbag as the one I originally picked was not available.
I will give a five star rating for my overall experience and the quality of the items I purchased. In my opinion Glorious Collection is a hidden gem!
