David is always very polite when I've been busy and unable to take his calls. Hes always happy to give me a call back another time, and when we do get a chance to actually chat, he's a pleasure to do business with. The service itself is very good, and I've renewed many times now without any issues. Hope to keep working together.

Absolute nightmare, if I had realised they were associated with Web.com I would have avoided like the plague.

When calls are forwarded to you , there is a big delay and the caller usually hangs up before you can answer.

If you have several numbers , each number has its own log-in and you can't use a central account control panel.
Tamar Telecom has a far superior service.

You can't call cleartone to cancel either . They want an email and they will probably try to renew the contract too even though I told them to cancel the lot early, so difficult is there service to use effectively.

If you really need this service I would not Choose Cleartone , I would go for Tamar Telecom or another provider.
