The Engineer Rang Me Giving Heads Up Attending My Home, He Said He Will Be with Me Next 45mins Around 2pm. I explained To Him I Have School Run At 3pm & Will Be Home So Please Arrive @3.30pm Very Polite & Understanding, He was Prompt On Time (Unlike Previous Experiences with Plumbers Not Turning Up Or 3 Hours Late). The Chap Repaired The Boiler Leak & Funny sounds It Was Making On The First Visit.
