The most significant effect noticed which is appreciated is an improved libido. The other VigRx claims seem less evident in my case but by the same token, I am 77 years old, exercise and am still athletically active. I take some blood pressure medications. I have had triple bypass cardiac surgery several years ago. I take nitrous oxide supplements along with a vast array of health supplements. I started getting headaches after taking 2 pills after meal daily for 3 weeks. Not sure what it did but they never happened when I don't take them or take them like 1 pill a day. Erections are harder now but not worth getting headaches
