"Valiant Consultants Scam"

We took out high interest loans last year with Valiant Consultants after being promised 100k a month in sales by the name of Paris. Later on after paying the 30k and an additional 1k for a service fee - I asked if they could refund me. I paid for products that were not showing up to Amazon. They then had an Attorney contact me to tell me to govern myself. The contract says 100% money back guarantee. I contacted several attorneys but they said if Steven Mayer left Miami it would be difficult to serve him for the lawsuit. Steven Mayer should be put in Jail for scamming so many people.

"Steven Mayer Should Be In Prison."

This "service" received wire of 25k (which I'm pretty sure at this point is wire fraud) plus $1000 for service, plus purchased products that were all returned, and I was suspended within a month. That was well over a year and a half ago. I started requesting a refund after several months when it was obvious no one was doing anything pretty much at all to work on my suspension and they could not give me what I paid for. Denied. Denied. Denied.

My account is permanently disabled with Amazon (who as of a year ago ignores their extremely infrequent and unsubstantial responses). Because they don't have any valid information to respond.

The money-back guarantee is also useless because they don't honor it when your store - which their service got suspended - is suspended. And of course they can't just in good conscience return your money because they knowingly took it for a service they can't deliver and have not provided ANY return on as promised.

So between the down payment, products, paying for required support when they messed up, tax accounts, software, etc. About 30k out the door with no return at all.

I gladly will participate in a class action and federal legal investigation. I truly hope Steven Mayer and anyone else responsible goes to prison for a very long time.

"Total scam"

Just to give some more feedback. We contacted a lawyer trying to get our $30,000 back. Well, he said at this point there’s nothing he can do. He contacted the state of California and Valiant isn’t a real business. They have no valid address. No place to send a complaint and summons to. Wow. He said at this point we should contact the Attorney General or the FBI. Valiant is still contacting us to buy more inventory and telling us that if we don’t, our contract won’t be valid. Total scam. If anyone has contacted the FBI or the Attorney General, I’d be interested in knowing how to go about this.

We were one of the flock that got duped. It is totally a scam and we are now working on our own with Amazon. Is there a group that is going forward with Amazon sales? Would you send some contact information and together we can make lemonade out of this lemon.

"Another Crook Dupes a Lot of People"

Yes - it's a scam, whether intentional or not.

I have paid for about $15,000 in inventory which the majority has not shown up in my Amazon store. Now, I'm in a fight with my AmEx that I've had for decades and never had a problem with.

They have an office in Miami, Fl. Will be contacting the Attorney General there.

I also think they have offices in Nevada. Will be contacting the Attorney General there as well.

"I purchased a Valiant package from…"

I purchased a Valiant package from Andres Ospina at Valiant. I was patient, provided the documentation and was told two weeks ago that my store would be fulfilled for topical s and grocery. I was very excited, and I did see that they requested it from Amazon to get approved for those two products. I then called again to let them know I updated my credit card information and asked for a update. They had said they made a mistake and my store is not ready to purchase stock as of yet.

Today I saw that Valiant has shut down. They are out of business. I am concerned because I purchased the store and now out of luck.

I sent emails to Valiant and the Andres but no response back as of yet.

Update as of September 18th. Spoke to Valiant they are still up and running Advised they will be purchasing stock for my stock beginning of October.

"Valiant is a SCAM"

As a client for the last 9 months, I was told by my Valiant Consultants contact that my store would be generating well over $30,000 in the first year. Nine months in, and my store has LOST almost $4,000, with no end to the losses in sight. Worse, it appears that Valiant has simply stopped running my store. I have no product orders, the few products in my store are about gone, and I’m thousands in debt to credit card companies due to a promise from Valiant that my first year’s profits would completely pay for a loan and product costs. I came to Valiant with a lot of excitement and hope, and have since seen that I based my decision to partner with Valiant on absolute lies from their representatives that signed me up. I would LOVE to be proven wrong. However I’m almost a year into this process and I’m literally leaking money, and Valiant doesn’t seem to have a plan.

"14... 15...16+... Months Later... No Results or Refund"

I signed up with Valiant in the beginning of June 2019 (well over a year ago) and followed every single instruction by Steven and the Valiant Consultants Team which included the following:

- Sent wire of investment
- Submitted all the required information very quickly (was one of the first)
- Finished the business creation and Amazon Store creation as requested, along with store permissions
- Paid all monthly invoices immediately
- Paid all recurring monthly software that was required
- Responded to emails from Valiant team the same day
- Provided multiple Credit Card authorization forms for inventory purchases
- Helped the team (VAs / AMs / Support) be able to make my store a success as much as I possibly could
- Was extremely patient and understanding with results and dates being pushed back endlessly.

At this point in time, the Valiant team has not grown my store over the past 14 months which is over 427+ days (next to no results). When I signed up with Jake back in mid 2019 it was advertised as a timeline of 4-6 months to 100k sales per month with a 100% risk free money back guarantee. I have waited triple if not quadruple the amount of time I was told to see no results be produced, this is a clear case of being neglected and forgotten about while constantly given excuses. I have paid 20k USD for the store and 12.6k for inventory (purchase orders) which is still mostly sits in their warehouses or lost.

After giving them more than a fair chance to grow the store and 14 months passed, I tried to contact them for a full refund or "money back guarantee", I was blatantly ignored. I contacted their support emails "contact" email, "info" email and was finally forwarded to their "legal" team so I sent them emails and a follow up a week later - no response. I contacted the owners Steven, Mike and Justin via email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, YouTube videos and Linked In - no response. The only way I got a response was when I booked a call through the front end as if I was interested in buying a store. Minutes later I was contacted by a sales person and they gave me another email address to send to "a person who deals with getting a refund" and of course, no response after I emailed said address. Then I tried to contact that same sales guy (Jacob) again a week later and of course, no response.

This investment was borrowed and the inventory is sitting on a credit cards that collects interest every month, I need my money back. I noticed their replies on this site for reasons to not refund others was that enough time hadn't passed yet. Well that is definitely not the case for me since I signed up at the very start of them offering the service when it was being advertised as 4-6 months to 100k and its been over triple that, plus I did everything they required immediately.

I will update this review or leave another when I have more information on the outcome / updates.

#1 Update - Aug.3 2020: I was called by my Account Manager and he asked me if I am willing to continue letting them run the store. I said no and confirmed I need the refund now since this investment was borrowed and I need to repay the debt immediately. He agreed the timeline and success of store was not even close to where it should be and is going to relay this info to Steven. After talking with him, I now see absolutely no reason why I wouldn't get a full refund. I will post another update asap.

#2 Update Sept. 4 2020,
It has been a month and after the last conversation with the Account manager I was then put into a support email with him and Valiant support.

We have emailed back and forth for the past month and they said they were getting my contract sent to them to review to see if the criteria has been met for my refund, eventually last week they confirmed they got the contract and were reviewing it. There was nothing left to do but to send me the refund. But instead I got an email today basically saying I need to contact their legal team about this. A whole month of the run around to be told the exact same thing they said to me two months ago? Absolutely unbelievable.

Of course I have been emailing their legal team non-stop for 50 days now with never one single response and now the only person who is responding says to contact the legal department that never responds. In the meantime, Valiant has shut down the .net website which was used for new and current client information and also taken down every youtube video regarding Amazon Automation on Stevens Channel. It is very clear what is happening.

I have no plan to slow down until I get my investment back so I will take action on the next steps now. If you are in a similar situation and want to be involved, email me at usadealdays (at) gmail (dot) com
