The sign-up voucher didn't work as advertised. I raised a complaint with a promised 36hr response. Initial and follow up email ignored.
I proceeded anyway given the good reviews, but when my wife tried to use the voucher it just asks her for more money. The payment history is live on my account, but the voucher is showing as 'redeemed'.
£100 spent, no coffee, no replies.
Edit: Managed to redeem the voucher this morning, so I'll put my hands up to that one.
Of the 3 emails I sent to the retailer on 26/10, 28/10 and 17/11, the only reply I've had has been via Trustpilot 🤷🏻

Just joined the Coffee Factory subscription after purchasing a new espresso machine. I wanted freshly roasted quality coffee delivered regularly and after just receiving my first order, I’m very impressed.
Lots of different coffee options and the little booklet that arrived with my first order was very well received - really informative with explaining the coffee industry and different types of harvests / roasts etc..
I will be sticking with this subscription and have increased my order size for next delivery. 📦

"Excellent Coffee and Service"
Been using The Coffee Factory for a couple of years now. I get the Roaster's Choice, delivered every two weeks. The quality of the coffee is always excellent, plus there is a real variety as the coffee changes on a regular basis. Indian and Chinese coffees have been suprisingly good. But the reason I felt compelled to write a review, is that for the first time ever, my coffee was not delivered. I emailed the support team, who confirmed that it had been sent and then also included proof that it had been delivered. But they then sent a replacement pack which arrived today. It was customer service that is far more than I expected.
But sign up to the subscrition service for the coffee, not for the customer service!

"Compostable Pods - Excellent"
Came across this company on web by chance & not heard of before. Was looking for coffee pods and found these guys did compostable pods! I rarely use pods because of the wasteful packaging but tried these instead. Am giving some as Xmas gifts to encourage composting. Great customer service. Oh, and fantastic coffee. Will recommend to many as possible. Thank you TCF.

"No idea how they're not better known"
I've been using The Coffee Factory for about a year now, and have consistently been delighted with my subscription deliveries. Every 4 weeks I get the roasters choice discovery pack, as well as a pack of house coffee to keep me topped up. Every coffee I've tried has been excellent, to the point that I not only can no longer drink shop-bought coffee (instant or ground) but don't enjoy coffee shop coffee either! It's fantastic to see that the packaging is biodegradable as well. In all, I'm so glad to have discovered them, and consistently look forward to my deliveries!

Good coffee and a useful subscription service for regular supplies. Have tried both the Brazil Fazenda Pantano and the Black Bear blend and enjoyed both.
Go for the single origin Brazil if you want a nice chocolatey, nutty coffee or the blend if you want similar flavours but with a darker stronger roast.

I have been using CoffeeFactory since Aug'2017 (so nearly 2 yrs) to receive a weekly supply of their roasters choice.
The coffee i receive is always top quality and tastes fantastic.
There have been a few hiccups along the way; but their customer service is great and always keen to resolve any issues. My only compliant is I wish I could order more coffee to arrive as I'm always short at the weekend :)

This coffee is so good that I can no longer enjoy lavazza.
It's a shame that the packaging couldn't be designed to fold and therefore fit through a letterbox though.
