My parents boiler broke in a really cold snap - Rob came out the next day to take a look and returned his quote really promptly. His communication was outstanding throughout - he even offered to drop electric heaters off for them to use until the work was complete. He stuck to his quote and offered a like for like price match. The 2 lads that did the work were really friendly, tidy and respectful. A prompt and professional job all round - would highly recommend.

We contacted Shelter-Adams Ltd as there was a fault with our combi-boiler and we had no heating or hot water. Rob very quickly got back to us and arranged for one of his team to come out the following morning. The Engineer righted the fault straightaway. He clearly explained the process to us and gave us useful information on how the boiler and central heating system worked. (Having recently moved house, we were not used to this type of boiler). The Engineer didn’t rush us and was very helpful and professional in explaining the workings of the system. Rob sent a follow up text the following day to ensure everything was OK with the boiler. We were very pleased with the service we received and will be using Rob and his team in future for our annual boiler services. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them.

Shelter-Adams is an extremely professional company. Rob responded quickly to my call and visited later that evening. He was thorough and talked through the options. He provided a competitive quotation quickly. Installation followed within two weeks. He has a very good team working with him. Everybody was polite and hardworking. Rob ,Shelter-Adams Ltd. Rob came recommended and gave a very good quote to remove a back boiler system and replace with a Worcester-Bosch combi boiler. From initial contact to final fit it was up and running within two weeks .Excellent service . His team led by Dan were hard working never stopping ,tidy, and professional.
