Fitters called to say they were on the way. When they arrived, a friendly introduction and a 'can do' attitude set the tone. After a review of the kitchen, left them to it .
A couple of queries during the fit easily dealt with and units modified to fit the sinks without any fuss. All in all great job!
Aftercare was fully explained and a follow up from the offfice next day to make sure all was well. Not a cheap product but well fitted and looks great

Absolute shambles from start to finish, worker was very rude and cocky, come unprepared and had to go to the shops to get more silicone and didn’t finish till around 6:30/7 left door open every time he went to the van , middle of winter and a recession, when I asked him to close the door he was rude and sarcastic! Don’t appreciate being spoken to like that in my own home

Both the measuring & fitting of our worktops was excellent. The team were very professional and the workmanship was very good. They took time to ensure it was exactly as we wanted it; it was delivered and installed on time; and fitted exactly. The fitting team took care to make sure everything was just perfect. The whole process ran to plan without any problems.

The incompetence of these people is beyond comprehension and their complete arrogance is astounding.
This company is owned by Howdens and if you buy your kitchen through Howdens the worktops will be supplied and fitted by them, this is your first problem they will not deal with you direct when there’s a problem you have to go through Howdens so nothing happens quickly, communication between Howdens and Sheridan is very poor, expect issues relating to when people are coming to template or fit the worktops, orders are often incomplete, they use 3rd party fitters so there are so many links in the chain things don’t get done or communicated to the right people. In short they are expensive and unreliable impossible to deal with and arrogant, do yourself a favour google search for an alternative company to do your worktops it will be cheaper and so much less stressful.
