Weekend away with friends in our caravans happened to fall on Valentines Day, I ordered the Valentines High Tea hamper for the four of us to enjoy on arrival. "Nice hamper but service can be improved "

The hamper was well presented and the food tasted good. But there was no chance for personalisation(I got in contact and asked through the message for something to resemble a birthday and got nothing), my birthday note didn’t arrive with the hamper(lucky it was delivered to my house otherwise the receiver would not know who it was from) and they said they would try to deliver earlier but unfortunately did not accommodate.
