They are upfront with the cost from the start, no hard sale tactics, always there if the machine plays up ( usually operator error) good point of sale methods available, very pleased.

We had an EDT machine installed and were given training on how to use the system and also how to sell the product on to the customer. The training was excellent as is the aftercare.
The machine itself is simple to use and really does do what it says on the tin! Still not sure on how or why the clean should make an engine so much quieter but it does!!

The only small suggestion for improvement is to make the structure of the machine more workshop robust which I believe is being addressed so we look forward to a newer model in the future.
