"You do not need to take anything"

You do not need to take anything! 7th Heaven has thought about every little detail, even down to snacks, teas, towels, hair towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ear plugs, water (chose from sparkling, still, room temperature or chilled), hair ties, deodorants for after. EVERYTHING you’ll ever need.
It’s nice to be able to chose your time in the room with times of darkness and lights (of course you can chose your colours to).

I messaged the lovely Sarah to book a session for my dad and she popped us on the cancellation list and got us booked in v quickly which was much appreciated.
