"spam callers, 2 years of calls "

I filled out an enquiry form 2 years ago and totally regret. They have tortured me ever since, have asked several times to be taken off their list. Their sales techniques are infuriating, it's like talking to a robot trying to get them to leave you alone. They'll have 10 different mobile numbers spamming you so you have to keep blocking them. Wouldn't dream of doing business with a company like this

Requested to be removed from their database, received a call the following day on the same topic. I was the told I was mistaken, when I continued to ask for confirmation I would be removed I was told "There's a big red button on the screen, I'm sure you would have pressed it by now if you didn't..."

I'm assuming their products and service can't be trusted if this is how they treat people when prospecting.

Charles and the team are all incredibly professional with a deep knowledge of whisky as an alternative asset. When meeting them in person I found them to be genuinely friendly and approachable. No question is too silly for them, I have certainly learnt a lot!
Overall the team are a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to investing with them again in the future.

Amazing and very knowledgable on the subject matter. Proffesional and very helpful as I am a begginner at this. Would highly recommend Charles and his team. If you are looking to invest then give these guys a ring, their advice was invaluable and there was no hard sell and plenty of time to make the right choice before commiting to investment. I cannot fault them as they also keep you well informed into how things are going with good communication. Nothing is to much trouble and are always on hand should you need to talk to them. Bravo keep doing what your doing 👏👏👏👏.
