Great prices and quick delivery however no email confirmation of the order was received so I wasn’t sure if the order actually went through or not and it was hard to get in contact with anyone to confirm.

Frozen goods turned up defrosted despite packaging. Complained but customer service very slow. Apparently retrained the packer. Due to very slow customer service (all the time it takes makes you feel ignored and unimportant) eventually got refund for defrosted goods. The only good thing was prompt delivery. I only hope slow service is due to covid19. But I will not be back.
