Taxi was 20 minutes late. Turned out the driver thought he knew the pickup location so didn’t use his sat nav. Turned out he was pretty wrong about that. Still wanted full payment of course.

"Taxi was cancelled for no reason"

I book a taxi and paid for it. Got my confirmation and 15 min later an email saying my booking has been cancelled. I contacted TigoTaxi and they didn’t even apologise. Haven’t been refunded so far. I rebooked with A&B taxi for a more convenient price and professional service.
