Took me over one month to get my withdraw out. Countless hours in chat support. And when i finally got my withdraw out, they only sent around 10% of the amount, and then i had to start over support. Really bad site. i cannot recommend!

Not a bad broker at all, I do believe they have good intentions, Customer Service was perfect thanks to Esther & Anderson. The only thing I will say is the User Interface is a bit strange and could be maybe improved. I also had a minor withdrawal problem but customer service reassured me, my fund would arrive in the next few days, but it arrived a few hours after the conversation ended which is nice.

Completely fraudulent company. I have requested a withdrawal of my funds 24 days ago and I still have not received my money. I have been in contact with the customer service throughout and they keep reassuring me that my funds will be sent in 1 or 2 days. They have failed to do so every time. You will not get your funds back if you use this service, avoid at all costs.
