The good- the Theresa outfit I ordered in Navy Blue was perfect. Loved the fit, style and fabric. I was extremely happy with it.
The bad- the system glitched and it ordered two outfits and I paid twice (rush delivery - $17 per outfit).
The ugly- not only are they not refunding me the shipping on the extra outfit (policy) I had to pay an additional $8 to return the one that they sent. When I complained about the shipping they said they would not refund the shipping but did offer at 15% discount on my next order. They could of least covered the return shipping costs. I won't order from them again for fear the system may double bill me again.

Dresses were not cut well and was like a potato sack. When I called the number listed for returns, the USA looking number is forwarded to China and recording comes on repeatedly in Chinese and I don't understand and then it disconnects. The package has no return information included.
