I bought a set for myself on my birthday and I love the hoodie and shorts, the shirt is a bit small on me despite it being a size medium though I ended up giving it to my sister who fits in it perfectly.

Lovely packaging, cosy clothes and fast customer service.

My Medium sized clothes were far too big, so I got an exchange and decided to size down (I'm a size 10 women and have exchanged a hoodie and shorts, sized down to a Small). The returns process was a little confusing and I was told to pay postage for the return and for the replacement, which was not made clear to me, but I got quick responses from the customer service email and was offered free delivery on my next purchase.
