I arranged for Paul to have a meeting with my mum and dad about sorting out a Will, he is so down to earth and they understood everything with ease.

He took the time to work out what would be the best option and what would be second best. Giving examples as he talked them through their options so that they could fully understand the options open to them.

No pressure to sign anything or book anything, he has given them time to think and digest all the information ready to move forward and give themselves and us (their daughters) peace of mind knowing everything is sorted.
