Working with Peter was a great experience. He is creative in his approach, customizing throughout my entire journey. I’ve always had a fairly active lifestyle but nothing ever formal and at 56, started with Peter as a novice. With very few pieces of equipment, he crafted my workouts to fit my schedule and desired intensity. It was imperative having someone to be accountable to and Peter remained my biggest champion, knowing when to push along the way. I feel empowered and educated after working together for 4 months and know that I now have the confidence and will continue to include these workouts in my daily life. Peter is a true performance coach who finds and activates the inner athlete in everyone. He has a warm, no-nonsense, thoughtful style of coaching, and is highly creative and interdisciplinary in the workouts and nutrition programs he designs for his clients. I approached him a year after having my first baby. I had observed him training several women at our local gym, and after witnessing their transformational outcomes and sheer motivation to go "all out" in their workouts even when he WASN'T there watching...I knew I wanted in!
As a generally fit woman in my mid-thirties, my goal was to build back the lean muscle I had lost whilst pregnant and feel and look like my prior "fit" self again. After almost 3 months of working together, I am lifting heavier weights than I ever have before (30 pound dumb-bells), loving and embracing the new visible muscles I have, and feeling inspired that I will not only meet but accelerate my pre-pregnancy fitness levels through the new challenges Peter gives me each workout. "You’ll do things you never thought you could"
After 4 months with Peter I was doing things I never thought I would do in my life! I was skinny fit before and tired all the time, and now I'm doing weighted lunges with 90 pounds and I feel SO much better. I’m at 6 months now and feel like I might finally have a reliable fitness habit to take with me for the rest of my life.
Peter is a great motivator, does what he can to be flexible with your schedule, and works with your body's limitations/concerns- I have scoliosis and POTS and he has been great helping me push my limits safely.

Throughout my life my good intentions toward change started strong then fizzled out. I would prioritize other things, thinking there would be more time to focus on myself later.
