Nationwide Immigration Services – Worst Service
It has been 2+ months after making the payment to Nationwide and by now I have seen how this company serves the customer after getting the payment.
1> From Nationwide, Neetu Sabharwal was appointed as the point of contact for me. When I asked about a copy of the agreement, rather than giving me a timeline she rudely said that she is not the point of contact for this as this has to come from the documentation/billing team. This rude behavior is certainly not expected from someone servicing the customer. When I asked her that I would like to get realign to someone who can answer my question appropriately and she bluntly said then “don’t call me". This was the 1st instance till 26th April since my association with Nationwide (30th March).
2> I have requested to amend the “Technical Evaluation” report as it was prepared based on a hypothetical IELTS score but the revised technical score was not shared in last 2 months follow up.
3> Agreement copy, which is supposed to be shared with the customer, is provided after 2+ months of follow up (on 6th June where payment was made on 30th March).
After multiple follow up for “Technical Evaluation Report”, “Agreement Copy” for 2+ months and misbehavior from Nationwide employee, I raised my concern with Grievance team.
Vijay from Grievance team contacted me on 6th June 2022 and he committed of handling my case on high priority however in next 2 days, noticed 2 instances of misleading and when this was reported to him, he assigned another person (Mrigya) from Grievance team to handle my case and now she is expecting me to give another chance to nationwide.
My request for cancelation is complete based on my experience so far with Nationwide. I have already wasted 2 months of my precious time with Nationwide, now further neither I have time nor patience to keep following up and get misleading information from them. Due to their pathetic service, I asked nationwide to refund of my complete money.

Their honest advice and transparent guidance makes them different from other immigration companies in Delhi. My case manager Anubhav and Geetanjali who were exceptional transparent on each of my queries and always helped in solving them with solutions. I am really glad that I decided to handover my case to this excellent firm. With their helping hands me and my family got a better life. They are one of the best immigration consultants .

Nationwide Visas really helped me in achieving my visa for Canada. They did their job well in regards to getting my documents sorted and helping me in each step. Would definitely recommend anyone who is planning to study or settling abroad.

Also, special thanks to Vanshika who was assigned to me and helped me get my Canada PR. She went above and beyond to make sure everything is according to the timeline and on top of things. A very kind soul, and was always available to clarify all my doubts at any time during the working hours. Glad that she was very thorough with her skillset, and knew exactly what was required.

"When you get a Canada PR visa through…"

When you get a Canada PR visa through PNP Alberta and your filing is done that smooth that Visa is stamped within 5 months from the date of application then giving a 5 star review to Nationwide Immigration becomes your responsibility. I had a great experience with the team Nationwide and if you are looking to settle abroad you can choose them without even texting me here.

"Don’t avail any service from Nationwide…"

Don’t avail any service from Nationwide Immigration. We had given 80k+ taxes amount to them for Canada visa processing. The moment I paid them, they started assuring me that I will get my PR in the next 6 months. Big fake & scammer immigration services. It’s already 1 year passed I have paid all the fee but they haven’t responded with a single update on my application. Cheaters be aware before going to them.

Highly unprofessional and mismanaged organisation. Do not beleive Prerna, Sunali and Lavina. Please never ever use their services for any immigration support.

I would personally suggest to anyone reading this comment to not waste a penny on consultancies for your PR. This is my real experience with Nationwide Immigration.

One unhappy customer for sure. Kindly don’t trust them. They don’t even know the correct documentation for visa. SPEND ALMOST 70800 and get nothing in return.

"Bad experience"

Arrogant peoples please don’t ever start work with them instead of give those money to charity. This is a big fraud company in Delhi. Kuljoat amd Prince biggest fraud and scammers don’t trust on them. No follow ups no help after I paid my fees of them.. I got cheated.

"Poor customer service"

Poor customer service, better to find some other professional consultants. They are terrible cheaters. After payment I tried my consultant Ms. Radhika on her mobile and the office direct line. But no one responded. Be aware.
