The ordering experience was fairly straightforward and I liked the amount of choice given. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that I didn't receive an email to say the package was safely delivered, although I did receive info. to say it was on its way etc. I always like to know for sure the package has reached its destination without having to rely on the recipient to inform me.

I had ordered a personalised gift previously and was very happy to use the company again for a fizz and chocolates gift for a 60th birthday. There was a problem with the post office delivery but the company were fantastic at sorting this out and making sure the gift did arrive after getting "lost" in the system. The quality of the packaging and items make this a great surprise for someone to receive in the post. Would definitely use them again.
