The experience was great... I wasnt aware of the service dog laws when I requested the letter. Given my answers to the questions and that one of the reasons I have my dog is PTSD. She does perform tasks to help me with my ptsd, anxiety and depression. Thus making her an actual SERVICE DOG. I am still so brand new to all of this, I wasnt aware. But now I have a letter that only list her as my ESA.
