Professional, reliable and prompt. Cleaned and hoovered up daily. Workmen are young, polite and respectful. Director Ant answered all of my questions and gave advice, he spoke on the phone for over 30 minutes answering queries, always messaged me back straight away or called, he arrived early to give a quote and removed his shoes without me asking. Rectified minor niggles and recommended a tile company with a discount and a fab electrician who arrived at short notice. Changed my mind about something and the bathroom fitters and independent electrician worked together to give me what I wanted, spot lit alcoves which look beautiful. Quality work, you get what you pay for! Certainly take pride in their work and that’s why it’s a successful business. One of the workmen did say of course you’ll get a cheaper quote but not the quality and I have to agree. Kept the lads topped up with tea, biscuits and bacon cobs and left them to it. Also left them in the house alone some times too as I could tell they were trustworthy. My bathroom looks like a posh top tier hotel in Mayfair! Very satisfied with their work and I have already recommended Pride Pluming to a colleague.

Pride Plumbing have completed several jobs for me over recent months including servicing my central heating boiler, fitting a new electric shower, completing some maintenance work on a toilet & a complete retile of my bathroom. All work has been completed to a high standard & within the estimated time scale. The plumbers have respected my home & every interaction I had with the company has been very professional. The plumber even called me one day to let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late arriving - never had that high standard of service before from any tradesperson - I was very impressed!

Very polite and helpful people. Nothing was too much trouble, explained as they was going along what they was doing. Cleaned up after themselves, including hoovering the stairs. Have recommended to friends and would have them again.
