Please be aware this company charge £130.00 for a site visit, which is NOT refundable if you choose not to use them. They do NOT say this on their WEB page. I had a site visit while I wasn’t there for 5 minutes timed on CCTV a couple of pictures taken then he left. I consider that extortionate, since then I have phoned around and I can get FREE survey and work done and Garaunteed for a fraction of the price.They wouldn’t give me any money back for their 5 minute visit Shocking!!
