"Not pleased."

Had an 9am to 9pm trip to Atlantic City Resorts, had to call company to find out where bus and driver were. Bus driver had not been to destination before ( he stated so) and when we arrived there he went to the valet parking. The bathroom had a very strong smell and had hot air coming up through the bowl part , cup holders were broke just not suitable for some older people. When we departed to return back on way driver started to nod (as if going to sleep).Don't get me wrong driver was very nice and all, but our last trip with your company was Awesome and this time it was the PITS .Sorry but not sure will deal with company in future.

What a great company! We lucked into riding with ACC for the first time for a school trip this year. From the first day when I spoke with April to book our trip until the day we went, we felt valued as customers. Emails and calls were always taken care of promptly and professionally. The buses were spotless and our drivers, Al and Robert, were wonderful. They cared about our students safety and balanced this with knowing they are kids and wanting them to have a great trip. Our trip was on a Friday, and the first thing I did on Monday was book our trip with ACC for next year!
