I’ve been shopping here for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Their prices are some of the best you’ll find for Japanese action figures, especially compared to other international retailers. The monthly pile shipping option is a huge plus, letting you consolidate multiple orders and save on shipping costs. The pay-later system is also a major advantage, allowing you to secure items without immediate payment. Everything is super reliable, and I’ve never had an issue with lost or damaged packages.

That said, their pre-order is incredibly frustrating for high demand figures. Other retailers with no pay-later system, you’d be able to snatch these easily if you’re okay with paying right away and then waiting for its release date. But here, pre-orders always close instantly once it goes live. I am assuming this is largely due to scalpers using bots to snatch up stock, and unfortunately, the store does not have any measures in place to prevent this. By the time the figures actually releases, if you’re lucky, you may be able to snatch one still at the pre-order price if more stock comes in. If not, then you’re stuck paying the inflated price from other retailers.

Would I still recommend them? Absolutely—for their pricing, shipping, reliability, and flexible payment options. Just don’t expect to secure pre-orders for high demand figures unless you’re using a bot or get lucky.
